By accessing and using the services provided by AverinX Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AverinX Solutions provides software development, AI solutions, cloud services, and related technology consulting services. The specific terms of each engagement will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. AverinX Solutions retains the right to use general knowledge and skills gained during the engagement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to technical specifications, business strategies, and client data.

5. Limitation of Liability

AverinX Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
